Curbside Pickup

We’re happy to be able to provide library materials in a manner that is safe and convenient for both patrons and staff. This service is available during regular library hours.

• Call, email, or place holds online through the catalog.
• If you call or email us, mention that you would like curbside pickup.
• If you placed your hold online and receive a notification that it is ready, contact us by phone, email, or chat to let us know you’d like curbside pickup.
• Park in a spot designated with a numbered sandwich board.
• Call to tell staff your name and spot number.
• Staff will bring your items out to you.
• Please return your items in the book drop.

Home Delivery

(Itasca cardholders only)

• Call, email, or place holds online through the catalog.
• Staff will notify you when your order is ready.
• Staff will arrange a drop-off time at your home.
• If you have materials to return, please leave them out for staff.
• If you wish to have your materials picked up (and do not have a home delivery), please call to arrange a pick-up time with staff.
