Halloween Storytime and Trick-or-Treating

Join us for non-scary Halloween stories and rhymes. Afterwards, go trick-or-treating throughout the library. Halloween costumes are encouraged. Registration is required for the Halloween Storytime, but not for drop-in trick-or-treating.

Hiking Chicago's Outerbelt

The best kept hiking secret in the Chicago area is the Outerbelt, a 210-mile ring of greenspace around the metro area starting and ending at Buckingham Fountain. Come listen to representatives from the Outerbelt Alliance discuss their experiences and how you can access the trail.
