Your Library during the Stay-at-Home Order

Can I apply for a card online? Yes, you can now sign up for an online card that can be used for our digital collection. You can apply here.

What is happening with my holds? Your holds will remain active and will be filled when libraries re-open. You will still have seven days to pick them up when they arrive.

What about my checkouts? Your checkouts will be automatically renewed for as long as libraries remain closed. We want you to be able to enjoy your materials. Please do not return them in the book drop.

What about donations? We are unable to accept donations at this time.

Why am I receiving email from the library? We are sending out periodic updates to keep our patrons informed.

Does my card still work? Yes, your card still works. You can access your account online and use your account to check out e-materials and access databases.

How can I access my account? Visit our catalog page and click “Log In” on the header. From there you can also reset your PIN.

How can I contact the library? You can email the library at itascal@itascalibrary.org or message us on our social media pages. We will attempt to route your question to the person who can best answer your question. We are also available on chat from 1:00-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
