Fans of “The Fault in Our Stars” will love this book about Amy and Matthew, who develop an unexpected relationship as the two get to know each other and help each other out. Matthew is hired to be one of Amy’s peer helpers to help her around school. In her senior year in high school, she thought it would be more beneficial to have kids her age help her (rather than adults) with things she has trouble with due to her cerebral palsy. She develops a close relationship with one of those peer helpers, Matthew, as she tries to help him overcome some of his fears associated with his obsessive-compulsive disorder. The two go through many heart-breaking ups and downs as they learn more about each other and themselves.
