Museum Adventure Pass Presented by Macy’s

Start your adventure by visiting www.museumadventure.org.  The website provides details about each museum, with important information for planning a successful visit.  Here's how it works:

  1. Check out a Museum Adventure Pass using your library card.
  2. One Museum Adventure Pass may be checked out per person, per loan period.
  3. Passes are limited to general admission.

Please make note that we have a limited number of passes and that they are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Passes cannot be reserved, nor checked out online or by phone.

Unwrap a Good Book!

The library encourages you to read this winter by joining our Winter Reading Club, Unwrap a Good Book!  Read for at least 8 hours anytime from December 12 – January 31 and you will earn a gift of your own to unwrap!  To be a part of the Winter Reading Club, please sign up at either the Youth Help Desk or the Circulation Desk.

Computer Downtime on December 14th

To continue offering the best quality of service possible, our computers systems will be unavailable from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14th. On that day, we are rolling out a new and improved computer reservation system. When systems become available, the screens will look different, but they will still function the same as before. Your library card number will continue to be the way you sign on to the computers.

Postcards to Santa

Did you know Santa Claus loves to read?  The library at the North Pole is one of his favorite places to visit, so we’re looking for some good book recommendations to send him.  Kids can stop by the Youth Help Desk anytime before Wednesday, December 14th and fill out a postcard to send to Santa.  Then our library staff – with its many connections to the North Pole – will make sure that Santa Claus sends a postcard to your child.
