The Itasca Historical Society presents President Harry S. Truman at the 19th Annual Tea on Sunday, February 5. The tea will be held at the Iris Room of the Itasca Park District Building at 1:15 pm. Tickets can be reserved by calling Elaine at 630-773-1671 or bought at the Park District & Library.

20th Anniversary Celebration of the Itasca Rec.& Fitness Center
Join the Itasca Park District in celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Itasca Recreation and Fitness Center. This fun event will be held Saturday Jan. 21st, 1-3pm at the Itasca Recreation Center. There will be a D.J., games, snacks, and free fitness classes.

Celebrate the Community
The Itasca Community Library with the Village of Itasca, Itasca Policy Department, and Itasca Park District are sponsoring a month long list of events to Celebrate the Community. The annual Village Holiday Celebration will be on Tuesday, December 6 from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. All details on dates and times can be found in the Celebrate the Community flier.
Veterans and Service Members to be Honored
On Saturday, November 12, 2011, the Village of Itasca and VFW will honor our military men and women in a short ceremony at 11:00 a.m. in the Veterans’ Memorial in Usher Park. There will be a reception immediately following at Itasca Park District Building, 350 E.
