Organ/Tissue Donor Information & Registration

A Representative of the Secretary of State’s Office of Organ Donation will be here to answer any questions you may have about donation, hand out small table giveaways, and, most importantly, register any patrons who would like to join the Illinois Donor Registry. You must bring a valid Illinois driver’s license or state I.D. to register.
