This new memoir by Rhoda Jansen is the follow-up to her bestselling Mennonite in a Little Black Dress. This book picks up where the first book left off. We find out that Rhoda did find love, faith and overcomes cancer.
While this book has a lot of the same sassy attitude of the first book, it deals heavily with religion. I was surprised at how religious it was – to the point of being preachy. I am glad I read it but I didn’t like it as well as the first memoir.
